SHIPPING
We ship in the United States and Canada. Rates vary based on the weight and the number of items ordered. Orders shipped within the U.S. are shipped USPS and/or UPS. Prices may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
For all U.S. orders please allow approximately 7 to 10 days to receive your package.
We stock 100% of the non-personalized items shown on our website, however, on some occasions multiple orders for the same products maybe placed by our online customers at the same time causing us to be temporarily out of stock for that specific product/s also known as BACKORDERED. If this occurs, it may cause a slight delay with your order, and if we are unable to ship out your full order within 7 to 10 days, you will be notified via e-mail or by telephone of your order status and/or options.
SAMPLES
Sample shipments are mailed out on a quarterly basis. Please allow a minimum of 8 to 10 weeks for your order to arrive.

RETURN POLICY
EDEN BodyWorks appreciates your business and your satisfaction is our main concern. If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your order, just send it back and the unused portion of the order within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund (minus all applicable shipping charges).
